My Services

  • Prenatal Visits

    My Birth Package includes 2 prenatal visits. Your first visit will be an hour long “getting to know you” chat. Your second visit will be a 2 hour long in depth conversation about past births, health concerns, your wants and desires for your labor, birth and pain management. We will also go through my doula bag together to make sure we have as many comfort measures as possible.

  • Attend a Prenatal Visit

    As your doula, I will join you at a prenatal appointment to be a steady source of support, helping you feel confident and heard. I can offer reassurance, ask questions you might not think of, and make sure you fully understand your options. It’s also a chance to strengthen our bond, build trust, and get a clearer picture of the care provided. By being there, I can help create a sense of calm and continuity, making sure you feel empowered and prepared for the journey ahead.

  • Availability at 36 Weeks

    In your last month of pregnancy you may have questions, concerns and anxieties. I will be available to you via text or call during that last month. I can listen, answer questions, educate you on things you may not know or continue building our relationship to ensure your maximum comfort.

  • Your Labor and Delivery

    Whether delivering in a hospital, birth center or your home, from the beginning of labor or induction up until birth, I will be there to comfort, coach, and help create a space where you feel safe, seen and heard. I will be there to assist your birth partner in facilitating your wants and needs for a successful birth.

  • 2 Hours Post Delivery

    I will be present during the first two hours after birth to facilitate the Golden Hour with your newborn. My role will be to provide guidance, answer any questions you may have, and help ease any concerns or anxieties during this critical bonding time. Additionally, I will encourage you to take time for self-care, including cleaning up and resting, ensuring both you and your baby have a smooth and comfortable transition.

  • Postpartum Visits

    Your first postpartum visit will be the day after you deliver. I will come to you and baby to check in, debrief about your delivery experience and answer any questions. Our second postpartum check will be a week after delivery. I will come to your home to discuss how you are feeling emotionally and physically. We will talk about postpartum depression and anxiety, feeding, sleeping and birth control needs.
