About Me
After spending years as a busy stay-at-home mom to my three children, I felt called to support other families during one of life’s most powerful transitions. In 2022, I began my journey to become a certified birth doula, officially earning my certification in September 2023. I first built my experience by serving private clients and quickly gained a reputation for my calm presence, advocacy, and compassionate care. In January of 2025, my dedication led to a position within a hospital system as a staff labor and birth doula, where I continue to walk alongside families through their birthing experiences. To date, I have been present for over 25 births and have assisted in more than 40, bringing knowledge, empathy, and unwavering support to every family I serve.
Beyond my doula practice, I treasure the connections I share with family and friends. Quality time with loved ones grounds me, and one of my favorite ways to express love is through cooking and baking. For me, preparing a meal is more than just nourishing the body—it’s a way of creating space for conversation, laughter, and togetherness. Few things make me happier than seeing a table filled with food and surrounded by people I care about.
I also find joy and inspiration in the arts. Reading has always been a source of reflection and escape, while movies, concerts, and theater performances draw me in with their ability to tell stories and stir emotion. Experiencing live performances, in particular, reminds me of the beauty of shared human expression.
Advocacy is another central part of my life and identity. I believe in the importance of raising my voice and standing alongside others to work for change. Each week, I write to my representatives to make sure my voice is heard, and I join protests and marches when I can, lending my energy to movements that matter deeply to me.
